Okay guys, gals and others…like a knucklehead I tried to order flowers “online” on “Valentines Day” and predictably the order got jazzed and lost. Totally on me! When I called the next day, this super star team totally came through, and even though it was obviously my nuttiness that created the situation, the team delivered and exceeded expectations.
