By being from the Cleveland Ohio area, I ordered online, and it was very easy to follow instructions. The flower arrangement arrived as scheduled. The family of the deceased was greatly touched by the beautiful Broken Hearts arrangement that they had the flowers buried with the deceased. Thank you so much for your professionalism. It meant a lot to the family, and it helped to provide closure.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received with Leo’s Metropolitan Florist. After speaking with customer service, the process for ordering my floral arrangement was smooth. I was pressed for time to place my order for next day delivery after another florist fell through. Not only was my order delivered on time (order was placed Wednesday evening and delivered Thursday morning) the heart arrangement contained fresh carnations and roses proportionately staged for a stunning and elegant presentation.
